Primarily CLSL provides life skill education to people of different age group living within the expanded area of CLSL in order to realize their goal and maximize their potential. 

To reach the unreached: CLSL targets to reach maximum number of assumed inaccessible personalities by empowering them through needful training with purpose. CLSL gives a new impetus, to uplift all stages a human passes such as empowerment, education, research, health, agriculture, sports, arts and culture. 

CLSL aims to link more with both Government and Private Administrating Institutions, organizations and NGOs with similar goal and vision.
